Update 2026: We're moving again, and Rich was our guy. We had to move faster than we had planned in order to purchase a house we'd been watching that came on the market around Thanksgiving... there is absolutely no way we could have done it without Rich. He had all the connections we needed to get our house ready to list quickly. He helped us purchase the new house and sell the current one, and I just can't speak highly enough about him! Original Post 2018: We've moved a lot and have worked with Rich several times now, on both the buying and selling side. He's by far the best realtor we've worked with over multiple purchases/sales. Highly recommend him -- he is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and personable. Hopefully we're going to stay put for a while in our newest house, but if that changes we'll definitely reach out to Rich. Highly recommend!
